Andy reports on his recent training he received at the President Elects Training Session in Wichita. PETS is designed to developing the skills of the President Elects leadership team which in turn can improve your district’s performance. This training help prepare leaders for their year of service so they can keep Rotary going strong. It also Provides Rotary leaders the knowledge and skills they need to lead their clubs and districts with passion and confidence.
