The November 3 program was presented by Robert Litan is a lawyer-economist who has four decades of experience in public policy research, public service, and in the private sector.
 
He currently is a Partner with Korein Tillery, a law firm specializing in complex business litigation based in St. Louis and Chicago, and a regular blogger on public policy for The Wall Street Journal.  
 
Litan returned to Wichita in May 2014, where he grew up and graduated from Southeast High, after spending nearly four decades in high level positions in think tanks, the government, and the private sector. He has directed economic research at the Brookings Institution, the Kauffman Foundation and at Bloomberg Government, and served as Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Antitrust at the Department of Justice, as Associate Director of the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, and as a Staff member on the President’s Council of Economic Advisors.
